  1. On-site walk-through. we visit both locations, walks the floor plan, asks about IT, archives, sensitive materials, lift access.
  2. Written quote with risk register. Fixed price + the things to plan for (lift sizes, weekend access, IT cutover).
  3. Pack day (or live load). Friday afternoon is most common — load while staff finish their last shift.
  4. Weekend setup. Trucks deliver, desks placed, IT reconnected (by us or your IT person), boxes labelled by department.
  5. Monday morning live. Staff walk in, plug in laptops, work continues.
