  • Can you take the TV off the wall at my old place and mount it at the new one?

    Yes — that's the most common request. We dismount the TV (and bracket if you're keeping it), wrap and transport it with the rest of your move, then arrange for it to be professionally mounted and connected at the new place through our installation partner, Universal Home Theatre.

  • Who does the installation work?

    We've partnered with Universal Home Theatre, a professional TV and home theatre installation company. Acorn coordinates everything around your move, you get a clear quote before any work begins, and you have one point of contact from start to finish.

  • Do you do home setup without a move?

    Yes. TV mounting, home theatre installation, new TV setup and wifi setup are all available as standalone visits across the Central Coast — you don't need to be moving with us.

  • What's included in the wifi and internet setup?

    Router placement and connection, getting your network running at the new address, and reconnecting your devices — TVs, streaming boxes, computers, phones. If your provider needs to activate the line first, we'll tell you exactly what to ask them for.

  • Can you set up a full home theatre or cinema room?

    Yes — TV or screen mounting, speaker placement, soundbar or surround setup, connecting your sources, and tidying the cabling so it looks finished, not just functional.

  • How are move in & move out setup services priced?

    It depends on what you need — a single TV mount is quick; a full cinema room is a longer job. Tell us what you're after in the quote form and we'll provide a clear quote before the work begins, bundled with your move or on its own.
