  • How does the storage option work?

    We pack at the old home, label and inventory every box (with photos), drive to our Lake Munmorah depot, and store climate-controlled until you're ready. When you're ready, we pull the inventory, deliver and unpack. Single quote covering all phases.

  • Can I access my storage mid-period?

    Yes — we can pull a labelled box for you when needed (e.g., kids' winter clothes, photo albums, paperwork). Easy to access. Just give us a day's notice.

  • How much does storage cost?

    Short-term (1–4 weeks): $200–$800 depending on volume. Renovation pack-and-store packages (3–6 months): $2,500–$7,000+ all-in including the two moves. Long-term storage: priced per cubic metre per month.

  • Is the storage facility insured?

    Yes. Items are covered while in our storage. Higher coverage is available for art, antiques, pianos, wine collections — ask us.

  • How is climate control different from a self-storage unit?

    Self-storage units (Storage King, Kennards) are dry but not temperature-stabilised. Wood furniture, art, electronics, photos and wine all benefit from temperature stability — particularly for renovation timelines that go past 3 months.
