  • How does the renovation pack-and-store work?

    Three phases under one quote: (1) we pack at the home and store contents at our Lake Munmorah depot during the renovation, (2) you live in a rental for the build, (3) we deliver and unpack into the renovated home when it's done. One team start to finish, itemised inventory, photo of every box.

  • Is the storage climate-controlled?

    Yes — particularly important for wooden furniture, photos, art, electronics. Self-storage units (Storage King, Kennards) are dry but not temperature-stabilised. Renovation pack-and-store needs the proper climate control.

  • Can I access my storage during the renovation?

    Yes. We can pull a labelled box for you (kids' winter clothes, photo albums, paperwork) when needed. Just give us a day's notice.

  • How is it priced?

    All-in package across the three phases. Typical cost: $2,500–$7,000+ depending on volume, storage period and the size of the moves either side. Quoted upfront, fixed.
