The end-of-lease order of operations

  1. Truck loads — we move you out (or you move yourself; the clean books standalone too).
  2. House empties — this is when cleaning actually works. Cleaning around furniture is how bond cleans fail.
  3. The clean — kitchen, bathrooms, walls, floors, tracks and fittings to the inspection checklist.
  4. Keys back — handed to the agent with the house ready to inspect.

Why time it with the move

An end-of-lease clean done before the house is empty has to be redone where the furniture was. Done days after, you’re paying rent on an empty house while you wait for a cleaner’s next slot.   • What does the end-of-lease clean include?

    The full empty-house checklist: kitchen including inside cupboards, oven exterior and splashbacks; bathrooms descaled; walls spot-cleaned; skirting boards, light fittings, window tracks and sills; floors vacuumed and mopped throughout. Oven deep-clean, carpet steam cleaning and window cleaning are quoted as add-ons.

  • Will it pass the final inspection?

    We clean to the standard inspection checklist agents use, and we'll return to fix anything reasonable the agent flags from our clean. We don't promise your bond back — too much of that is about the condition of the property beyond cleaning — but the cleaning side of the inspection is our job and we stand behind it.

  • When does the clean happen?

    After the move-out, in the window before your final inspection — usually the same day the truck leaves or the morning after. Cleaning an empty house is faster and far more thorough than cleaning around furniture.

  • Can I book the clean without the move?

    Yes — standalone end-of-lease cleans are available across the Central Coast. Tell us the property size and inspection date in the quote form.

  • How much does an end-of-lease clean cost?

    Fixed quote based on the size and condition of the property and the add-ons you need. One written price before we start — same as our moves.
