  • What's the difference between a move-out clean and an end-of-lease clean?

    An end-of-lease (bond) clean is for renters and follows the agent's inspection checklist. A move-out clean is the owner's version — the same thorough empty-house clean, without the inspection formalities. If you're renting, book the end-of-lease clean.

  • Can the new house be cleaned before the truck arrives?

    Yes — that's the move-in clean. We schedule it before delivery so cupboards, bathrooms and floors are clean before a single box lands. Most popular with families buying an older home.

  • Do you do both cleans in one booking?

    Yes — move-out at the old place, move-in at the new one, quoted together with the move. That's the full 'leave it clean, arrive to clean' package.

  • What does a move-in clean cover?

    Kitchen including inside cupboards, bathrooms descaled and disinfected, floors throughout, light fittings, skirtings, window tracks — the things that are easiest to clean while the house is still empty and hardest once it's furnished.

  • How is it priced?
